SHIPPING POLICY
Cloud-Star offer free delivery for orders over £100 (net) in the UK. For orders under £100 (net) the delivery charge is £3.00 (2-3 day delivery). We also offer a next day courier service within the UK mainland for £9.00. For International orders the delivery charge is £5.00 for Air Mail (7 day) or £15.00 Courier (3-4 days). All delivery charges are plus UK VAT where applicable.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not entirely happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 7 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. We are not able to refund or exchange items that have been used or not in original condition. We will not refund any postage costs for returned items. We offer a standard one year warranty on all our products and will replace or repair any product that is within warranty and has the original invoice enclosed with it.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept payment with all the major debit and credit cards and PayPal. We don't accept American Express.
